As you may know, a crystal bath is one of my favourite ways to benefit from the healing properties of crystals. Crystals, essential oils, Epsom salts, warm water, a candle… need I say more?
[Do you love baths & crystals? If so, I highly recommend you check out this crystal soap! It’s 100% vegan and cruelty free, plus there’s a crystal in every bar (and it smells so good)]
Today, I would love to share the top 5 crystals I use in my baths.
Top 5 Crystals for a Crystal Bath
(1) Rose Quartz
I like to call rose quartz, the crystal of love. It’s great for unconditional love, self-love, and healing relationships. Rose quartz assists with the healing of the heart chakra.
I use rose quartz in my crystal bath when I feel worn down. Being sensitive to energy, I often need to declutter my heart chakra from energy that is not mine. Rose quartz assists in removing and replacing lower energy with loving energy.
Rose quartz also assists in self-forgiveness and acceptance. Naturally, we are our harshest critiques, and just as we need to learn to forgive others, we need to forgive ourselves; rose quartz is very beneficial to work with during this process.

Carnelian is a stone of creativity! It assists with the healing of the sacral chakra, which is the home of your creative and sexual energies.
I use carnelian in my bath when I am in search of passion, inspiration, and creativity.
Carnelian can also be worked with to heal your aura, and to connect with your emotional self.

(3) Tiger’s Eye
Tiger’s Eye is known for its grounding properties. It strengthens your connection to the earth and your physical self. Tiger’s Eye assists with the healing of the root, sacral and solar plexus chakra’s.
I love to use tiger’s eye when I need a grounding bath. It is very helpful on days where I feel ungrounded, when my thoughts are scattered, and I have a hard time focusing.
Caution: According to Hibiscus Moon the fibrous form of Tiger’s Eye contains asbestos. I only recommend using tumbled/polished form of Tiger’s Eye.
Citrine is my favourite manifestation and abundance stone. It is a powerful cleanser and cleanses the chakras, especially the solar plexus chakra. It is also a great protector stone for the aura.
I love to use citrine when I am working on manifesting and attracting abundance. Citrine also helps me to re-energize and to recharge after a long day.
Amethyst is a very powerful protection and purification crystal. It can assist with removing blockages from all chakras; it also assists with divine connection.
I love to use amethyst when I am feeling a bit under the weather. I also love to use it when I need protection and purification.
Tip: it can help you get a goodnight’s sleep if you put an amethyst in your pillowcase.
White Quartz: I love to put white quartz in my bath in conjunction with any of the crystals above. Why? Well, white quartz is a great amplifier, and will amplify any crystal you pair it with. White Quartz is also known as a master healer because it can be used for any condition.
Make sure that you research your crystals before using them in water, because not all crystals are water safe. If you are unsure about which crystals are water safe, check out the How to Choose Water Safe Crystals article.
I also recommend you check out The Book of Stones if you are searching for a crystal reference book; it is my all-time favourite book.
